Chat is the fastest way to ask questions before you buy or order.

Start a Chat

• Open a service, product or provider page and click Contact Service or Contact Product.
• Your conversations appear under Chats in the Dashboard.

Inside the Chat Room

• Send text messages back and forth in real time.
• Read receipts show when the other side has seen your message.

Make a Voice Call

1. Inside a chat, click the call button to start a voice call.
2. Accept or decline incoming calls from the other side.
3. Hang up when you are done — a call history is kept in the chat.
