Your shop is your storefront — the page customers see when they visit you.

Set Up Your Shop

1. Open My Shop from the Dashboard.
2. Add your shop name and logo.
3. Set your shop to On so customers can find you.

Turn Your Shop On or Off

• Use the switch in My Shop to control availability.
• Turning it Off hides your shop from browsing while keeping your listings saved.

Merchant Verification

Verified shops build trust. To verify:

1. Open Verification in the Dashboard.
2. Provide your identity documents and, if you run a business, your business documents.
3. Submit — verification is reviewed by our team.
